These terms and conditions of use for ☆Star.NAGOYA (hereinafter referred to as "the Salon") and our policy regarding the handling of customer personal information are outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our services. Making a reservation constitutes agreement to these terms.
Article 1 Eligibility
1. The Salon is a men-only massage salon.
2. Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted. We may ask to verify your age.
3. Use of our services is strictly prohibited for the following individuals:
・Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
・Those with infectious diseases
・Members or affiliates of organized crime groups or other antisocial forces
・Those who have previously caused trouble for the Salon or its staff
Article 2 Reservations
1. Reservations are accepted via the web reservation form or official LINE.
2. Staff members are not stationed at the salon by default. Staff will report to work once a reservation is confirmed, so please contact us with plenty of time to spare.
3. A reservation is considered finalized upon our confirmation notice.
4. If you need to cancel or change your visit due to circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.
Article 3 Fees
1. Fees are as listed on the pricing page. All displayed prices include tax.
2. Option contents and prices vary by staff member. Please inquire directly in advance.
3. Additional fees apply for extensions, outcalls, or time outside of regular courses.
4. Payment is accepted in cash prior to the session.
Article 4 Prohibited Conduct
The following acts are prohibited when using our services:
1. Forcing sexual acts upon staff, abusive language, violence, or other nuisance behavior
2. Unauthorized photography, audio recording, or video recording
3. Requesting personal contact information from staff, or requesting personal contact outside of the salon
4. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
5. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Salon
If it is confirmed that you have forced or coerced the staff, we will report the matter to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, we may refuse future use of our services and claim compensation for any damages incurred.
Article 5 Regarding Treatments
1. A shower before the treatment is mandatory.
2. Treatments at the Salon are intended for relaxation purposes and do not constitute medical treatment. If you have any health concerns, please inform us in advance.
3. If you feel any change in your physical condition during the treatment, please inform the staff immediately.
4. The Salon assumes no responsibility for damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Article 6 Handling of Personal Information
The Salon handles customer personal information as follows:
Information Collected
When making reservations or inquiries, we collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred date/time/course/staff, and inquiry details.
Additionally, we may record the courses used and your condition on the day of your visit as treatment records.
Purpose of Use
1. Confirmation and changes of reservations, and guidance notices for the day of your visit
2. Responding to inquiries
3. Providing better guidance during your next visit
4. Statistical analysis for service quality improvement (conducted in a non-personally identifiable manner)
Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
In providing our services, we use the following external services, limited to the scope necessary for business operations:

・Access analysis (Google Analytics)
・Display of staff shift information (G-HEAL)
