For first-time customers, a staff member will meet you downstairs at the building 5 minutes before your reservation time.
For returning customers, we will notify you of the room number separately as your appointment time approaches.
Payment is due on the day of your visit by cash or credit card.
Same-day reservations are accepted up to 1 hour before your desired start time.
